FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – We are waiting for more answers about the weekend drowning of a nearly two-year-old child in a northern Indiana lake. Yesterday’s autopsy results are pending in the case.
Indiana Conservation Police helped rescue the little boy from Big Long Lake in LaGrange County. Police say he went into the water Saturday and died at the hospital on Sunday.
The Department of Natural Resources says the investigation into the boy’s drowning is ongoing.
