INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (ADAMS) – The statewide HIV outreach and testing program in Indiana will shut down this summer.
Health officials say a drop in federal pandemic relief dollars forced the move, and the Special Populations Support Program will close June 30th.
The American Rescue Plan Act had provided money supporting the program, but the federal government cut that funding by $6.7 million over two years.
