Run a small trickle of lukewarm water to keep water flowing and help prevent pipes from freezing.
Open cabinet doors to allow warmer air to circulate around pipes under sinks.
Make sure everyone in your home knows the location of the main water shut-off valve in case water needs to be turned off quickly.Taking precautions now can help prevent frozen pipes, costly repairs, and service disruptions during extreme cold.
