FORT WAYNE, Ind. (ADAMS) – The Allen County Prosecutor’s Office is charging a 32-year-old man with a 2022 murder and attempted murder for a second time.
WANE-TV reports that the charges against Quantae Jackson were dropped years ago because prosecutors at the time did not think they could prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Jackson committed the crimes. He is accused of shooting and killing 27-year-old Calvin Keys and injuring another person on July 4th, 2022.
Jackson has not been arrested yet.
